The historic homestead at Tipapa Estate offers four large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms and beautiful views. A stay in our hosted bed and breakfast will ensure a relaxing stay where you will wake to peace and tranquility before enjoying the breakfast we prepare for you.

Meet Jane & Stewart

Tipapa is our home, shared with our dogs Ruby and Sapphire. We have always enjoyed having friends come to stay, and so opening our home to guests is a natural next step for us.  Find more about us here.

We often travel with our own dogs, so we dogs are welcome at Tipapa, but please let us know if your fur baby is coming to stay with you. They need to bring their own beds and be on a leash at arrival. Other animals can be accommodated by negotiation.

We can’t wait to share with you our love for Tipapa Estate: a very special venue, in a rural setting where peace and intimacy are guaranteed. We’re of course available to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, whether that be quietly exploring on your own, or enjoying the company of ourselves and other guests.

The Garden Suite

A luxurious suite on the first floor with a bedroom and private lounge, plus ensuite with a bath built for two – just perfect for a romantic getaway.

These stunning light-filled rooms overlook the rose garden and orchard, and the sweeping lawns and gardens in front of the house. The super-king bed and comfy sofa in the main room are the perfect spots to soak in the views in total privacy.

The private lounge provides additional space to rest and relax, or, if you are travelling as a family the lounge suite doubles as a comfortable double sofa bed.

Central heating and heated towel rails are installed.  Guest toiletries and hairdryer supplied.

The Lawn Room

The original master bedroom has been carefully painted to highlight the original molding on the walls, with lovely furniture pieces to complement the comfortable super-king size bed.

Whatever the season you will be captivated by the view of the sweeping lawns and gardens of this historic house. Electric blankets and central heating are provided.

The ensuite with shower has heated towel rails, with guest toiletries and hairdryer supplied.

The Cherry Room

A cheerful, spacious room on the first floor overlooking the side and back gardens, with a beautiful Spring-flowering cherry tree right outside one window.

The comfortable, super-king size bed has electric blankets, and central heating is provided.

The Orchard Room

Overlooking the orchard and weeping willow, this bright and spacious room seems to sit among the treetops.

The super-king size bed has electric blankets, and central heating is provided.

The huge ensuite features a bath big enough for two as well as a shower and heated towel rails. Guest toiletries and hairdryer supplied.

Breakfast

Breakfast is freshly prepared and served by us in the light-filled kitchen or dining room, or in the warmth of the sun on the homestead veranda in the summer months.

Breakfast time is confirmed at time of check-in and common dietary requirements (gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan) are catered for, with any other requirements looked after on request, at the time of booking.
