The term “bed and breakfast” or B&B describes a unique accommodation experience that offers much more than any hotel or motel – you may also here it referred to as “hosted accommodation”. At Tipapa Estate, staying in our B&B entails exceptional service, delicious homecooked meals, and the added touch of luxury.

Amenities

Staying at a bed & breakfast offers many more amenities than a hotel or motel stay. Alongside the obvious offer of a bed to sleep in and breakfast in the morning, a B&B provides so much more value. You will have use of the communal lounge and dining rooms, allowing space to spread out and relax in a comfortable, homely environment. At Tipapa Estate, we also have a fireplace in the lounge for the colder months, making it the perfect spot for a night in. Each room at Tipapa has a private ensuite with guest toiletries and a hairdryer provided.

Unique accommodation

Many B&B’s are historic buildings that have been luxuriously refurbished. At Tipapa Estate, the Homestead is a beautiful old building that is split into four large, luxurious bedrooms each with an ensuite and gorgeous view of the grounds. With only four bedrooms, a stay at Tipapa will be quiet, cosy and peaceful. Whether you are a couple after a romantic getaway, or a family travelling together, we have options to suit everyone.

Homecooked meals

At Tipapa Estate, we offer a continental breakfast, which can be upgraded to a full cooked breakfast. With notice we can also provide lunch or dinner on request. Hosted accommodation offer so much more than your standard hotel restaurant. Main meals are served to you as a family-dining experience, which allows you to chat and mingle with the hosts and other guests. You can choose to retreat to your room after meals, or relax in the communal lounge and enjoy some company.

The experience

A bed and breakfast delivers a more comfortable and homely experience. At Tipapa Estate, we pride ourselves on our customer service that is personal and inviting. We (Jane & Stewart) live onsite with our two dogs, Ruby and Sapphire-Rose. We love to meet new people, and also offer dog friendly accommodation on request*. We are always delighted to provide local knowledge, or we can leave you to independently explore the area.
