All Tipapa Estate wedding clients are invited to a complimentary wedding planning consultation with Kate Blundell or Stephanie Mitchell from Collective Concepts to discuss your wedding plans further. You will leave with a comprehensive wedding planning timeline and checklist to guide you on your planning journey, along with supplier recommendations and lots of helpful planning tips.

Wedding Day Coordination Service

Collective Concepts are here to help you create your dream wedding with the perfect mix of face to face planning consultations, email and phone support, and access to their digital wedding planning tool kit.

Following your initial complimentary consultation, you will meet with your Wedding Coordinator twice during the final planning stages of your wedding – once at a final details meeting; approximately 8 weeks prior to your wedding, and again at the wedding rehearsal; where you can confidently hand over any of the final details of your day.

Tipapa Estate Wedding Day Coordination Service Inclusions:

  • Initial consultation to discuss your perfect day and confirm your coordination requirements
  • Access to the Collective Concepts digital wedding planning tool kit
  • Final site visit, with you or on your behalf, to discuss venue and seating plans, catering and beverage service, and on the day timings
  • Creation of your detailed wedding timeline and run sheet to be shared with your venue, suppliers, bridal party and MC
  • Re-confirmation of all bookings and details with suppliers
  • Provide checklists for the MC, bridal party and key family members so everyone knows what their responsibilities are on the day
  • Attend and assist at the wedding rehearsal, including a final hand over of last minute details
  • Professional coordination of your wedding day, including elements such as receiving important deliveries, supplier coordination: venue set-up and styling, catering and beverage service, and entertainment set up etc., arrival of guests through until the days formalities are over (generally after the first dance), management of compliance (i.e Health & Safety and Alcohol Management) and taking care of any unforeseen requirements to ensure you have the perfect day
  • Overseeing of post wedding services such as ensuring venue is left clean, rubbish and recycling is removed and hire equipment is returned
  • Ongoing consultation via email and phone, offering helpful advice and resources for a variety of details throughout your planning journey
  • Travel from Christchurch to Tipapa Estate is included based on up to three trips (site visit, rehearsal and wedding day).

 

Wedding Day Support & Beverage Service

Collective Concepts can provide dedicated floor supervisors, duty managers and service staff to assist with hosting guests and providing beverage service on your wedding day.

Wedding Day Support & Beverage Staff Inclusions:

  • Supervisor/duty manager
  • Beverage/bar staff and beverage host
  • Professional bar service of your BYO beverages following your ceremony through to the end of your reception
  • Professional table service of your BYO beverages from the beginning of your reception until first dance
  • Set up and pack down of ceremony and reception service bars
  • Venue up keep and tidying throughout your wedding day
  • Glassware cleaning and repacking ready for return to hire company
  • Post reception table top pack down (i.e. linen and table styling)
  • Beverage, ice and glassware ordering guidance
  • All required bar service equipment
  • Removal of bar recycling and rubbish via Tipapa Estate
  • Staff travel and time

  • Signature Cocktail Design & Service
  • Full-Service Wedding Day Set Up

Inclusions:

  • Preparation of venue floor plans, to confirm placement of all details
  • Ceremony: Placement and pack down of chairs, styling items, archway and register signing table
  • Reception: Placement of tables, chairs, lounging areas, catering stations, bar and table top items, set up of gift table, cake table, lounge area and outdoor seating + styling item
